We have two new neighbours both moved in this week & my sistersnew neighbours move in tomorrow! Guess its a busy time! Not stupid at all just exciting new house,new year

I've got a friend who's due to move house on the 19th or 20th! I've been saying no-one wants to move at Christmas but obviously got that one wrong. It's good to see the housing market starting to move again.

Don't know how true it is but I was told by estate agent that there are more people look for houses on the internet on boxing day than any other day of the year.
Guess there isn't much else to do, so it's what I will be doing with a turkey sandwich for company. Beats watching a rerun of a film that I have seen 10 times already or whatever dross is on this year.
We have just sold my inlaws house where we have been living for the past 5 years and moved back into our old home which we have had for over 20 years, but in the new year I will be moving again and renting this one out . Well thats the plan if it ever comes off and hopefully will be the last move we make.

I think Erin is nearly 6 months pregnant now. She was around 22 weeks at Christmas time.

Been watching some old youtube clips. Pablo Veron is one of my favourite dancers. His film the Tango Lesson with Sally Potter is one of Vincent & Flavia's favourites.

Go see it if you can, it's a fabulous show, you'll love it. So much talent on that stage. A well deserved standing ovation. I might try to get tickets to see it again when they come to Nottingham in June.

Well thank goodness for that - an outbreak of common sense from the Beeb. They were the obvious, natural successors and I think any other choice would have been very insulting to them (in a very public way). I also think any other choice - bringing a man in for example - would have looked like discrimination. Tess always was better at You can call me Sir from now on's job than him, and Claudia was always better at Tess's job than Tess - the show will be much better for this decision.

Very pleased with this, thought they worked so well together last series. Best choice imo (and so relieved it wasn't some of the names being bandied around).
