Food,Recipes and Hairy Dieters

Im on a get fit exercise regime for 4 months now.First month concerntrated building up stamina re walking over four weeks building up distance,speed,pace! Now if I don't get my five mile + walk in I get ancey! So far 44 days no break!
Spent time watching beautiful early morning sunshine yes been in woods at 7:30am! & sunsets yes fancied a second walk late evenings! My cocker spaniel very healthy lol.
Using myfitnessplan to record everything eat,drink and became obsessed with food cals@

Anyone tried these dishes? I know Dave didn't dance well but my goodness he and Si can cool

Im trying find low cal soups or if anyone has a good recipe please share.

Who would have thpight finding a low fat Toad in the Hole recipe and Onion Gravy be so time consuming and stressful! So a hybrid of James Martin's Onion Gravy and Hairy Bikers Yorkshire pudding created.To be scoffef later with fresh peas! This diet malarkey hard work

Not doing any diets but after seeing james Martin's Toad in Hole  recipe yesterday morning I'm inspired to make his mum's onion gravy with sausage and mash for Monday tea! I love t-in-h but daughter feels short changed if no potatoes visible on plate!!  Agree tho, Sax, gotta be eaten with peas! Nom nom nom.

Nom nom indeed! Hairy Bikers recipe brilliantly risen yorkshire pudding! James Martins recipe re Onion gravy bit salty! Yuk marmite! I did use 3fl oz red wine substituted some of the veg stock! Next time id miss the marmite and use bisto powder.
But didn't need potato's! Quite filling with peas

Oh yeah I forgot about marmite in it!
I will ignore that and just use oxos as usual!

I must buy the Hairy Dieters diet recipe book - sounds delicious sax and just what I am looking for. Traditional recipes with a healthy twist.

Mauve they are fabulous and yummy! 371 cals in their chilli and 100g rice! Lots of recipes online as well.
