OK, I've had a large gin and tonic but I'm still bored with the comments. I'm not really that bothered about the old love god and although You know who (just edited it again as it has been changed) is great - I don't fancy her!

Just been watching 'The Young Ones' and admit I am a bit of a grumpy old women at the moment. Getting fed up with waiting for Strictly to begin I guess

It happened to me last night when I posted ' a la ' a certain individual - then the whole lenny the leonne came out - I thought not only was it appropriate but bloody funny ! Having now read through the thread the idea that 'oops, not a lot' - appears as the millionaire - love it, love it, love it, and totally believe that the ADMINISTRATORS, are girls after our own hearts in so many ways !

By the way - the love of God The Love God that is Leonard The Lion Goodman thing above, is not of my doing, but by putting in Mr G or Mr Goodman one prevents the automatic insertion of the 'joke'

....you know Tango that is what really gets me about the whole boards/SCD "experience"....wtf....its only a programme and dont understand how people get soooooo serious and nasty about a flippin programme - its not like they are gonna win anything.....some of them are like pack animals out on the hunt.....but there isnt any food to be gained from it if you know what I mean....(am carp at explaining what I think).......it doesnt affect their lives in any shape or form.......just isnt logical for me.......

There wouldn't be any problems Inanna, if everybody had the same leveles of intelligence. Unfortunately, they don't, with common sense being the one factor least in evidence. My main kick is against extremism of the sort that brooks no argument or, in plain language. those who are so far up themselves that any form of counter-argument or conflicting opinion is totally useless. They have spoken and the law is decreed, and you just know with head-banging certainty that the prosecution team has arrived.

Lord help us from ever touching on anything really serious. Then again, I suppose Tugboat Annie's stately flounderings are really serious to some, and the word "hot" is the standard a contestant is judged by, or they assume they know all about dance because they've watched High School Musical meets Grease etc...or could it be that once they pass an opinion nothing on earth will shift it, even if its blatantly wrong?

I mean, do they know who they're arguing with when challenging my own views for instance? Do they know that I once won such prestigious dance prizes as half a dozen ties with "Mecca Ballrooms" printed on them, or a sweatshirt emblazoned with "Bolton Palais Red Devils". Do they know I own "Victor Sylvester Digitally Re-mastered", or have half a dozen Charles Barlow long-playing records? LMAO Tango........well I must say that my intellegence is not all that Tango....except for my "specialist subject"..... I am sure any additional suggestions will be entertained and, no doubt, deployed by the admin here

I refered to Mr Du Beke by his first name and instead it came up as " Housewives Choice";in the same post I also refered to Ms Widdecombe by her first name and got an alternative;I was a bit surprised!! Perhaps that is the way round it,by refering to everyone in more formal terms,which I tried to see if that would be changed too.But it was not.
