Strictly Rumours For 2015

With spring in the air and Strictly 2015 just about five months away the rumours are circulating with regards to Strictly Come Dancing 2015. Already linked to appearing in the upcoming series are Perez Hilton, presenter Eamonn Holmes, Ruth Langsford (presenter), Sharon Osbourne and Vernon Kay. Pro dancer Ian Waite is also pushing himself forward to return to the show saying he'd jump at the chance if a slot comes his way.

Eammon & Ruth - OMGiddyaunt! Had enough of those two (see Lemon Tart thread) on one of the November Friday night panel. What's that Sooty? You can hear the sounds of a barrel being scraped? I would rather watch paint dry.

Now Mr T ess has come across as very knowledgeable about the programme whenever he's been on ITT. Vernon's gone up in my estimation, but surely he'd be classed as an insider and would have a conflict of interest?

Would love to see Ian as a judge.

I suppose the powers-that-be are trawling the Soap Street/I'm a wannabe get me on there/flagging thespian depts as we speak. Don't mind some of the presenters (I thought the woman who co-presents the F1 programmes had shown an interest). Usually enjoy the sports people and musicians. Have they ever had an author as a celeb? It seems a long time since we had any (official) comedians too.

One hotly tipped to be in Strictly this year will be a big personal favourite with me - Scottish weathergirl Carol Kirkwood.

Others linked have been Shane Richie, Ed Balls, Richard Madely, Judy Finnegan, Peter Andre, Angie Best, Adrian Chiles, Tom Ellis, Ben Shephard, Dermot O'Leary, Natalie Anderson and Kirsty Gallacher.

I can't see Judy Finnegan or Peter Andre taking part. It'll be interesting to see which younger contestants they sign up for this year (and how quickly they say 'I didn't realise it would be this hard work')

BBC Radio 2 presenter Tim Vine is the first celebrity to be announced for Strictly Come Dancing 2015.

Jeremy Vine so I would say no Adrian Chiles. I hope no Ruth and Eamon. I might not watch if they are on. Daniela Westbrook was rumoured for a long time. We haven't had a chef for a bit. I suspect it will be lots of soap stars I don't know.

I wish!! Just seen the line up and it is quite a mix! Kirsty Gallagher will be very competitive as will Ewan Thomas but the Daniel O'Donell fans will really influence the voting!!
Now the pairing speculation begins.

I'm sure Mrs Doyle and her fellow Craggie Island and friends will support him!

noooo please say that's not the reason for the extended ITT Friday!
Hopefully see more of Pauline Quirky, Jenny Eclair and Ruffus Hound panel.
Would love to see back the family of the week before watching and scoring the couples!
