Gosh the Friday Panel were very candid indeed. Hope neither Patrick nor Natalie were watching! In a way it's interesting getting an insight into what the panel REALLY think but then I also feel a bit sorry for the celebs.

The pro challenge is very interesting mauve. A lot more 'disalloweds' this year than normal as well I've noticed. A.nton's reaction to topping the table was hilarious! Agree about James Jordan - I'm not a fan generally but he's always very good at the behind-the-scenes stuff.

He's held up really well but Ashley's now beginning to look quite tired.

Mr T - I can forgive Stephen anything for saying the judges have been harder on Sophie than the others. I could have kissed him!

Yes, I thought the same thing too, especially for Natalie. There's generally not a lot of love for her from any of the FNPs

I couldn't help imagining a FNP comprising Stephen Mulhern AND John Barrowman at the same time, and maybe Lisa Riley as the third. Would be a nightmare for Zoe to control them.

Now that could be mayhem! & you could substitute for Rufus Hound & Kathy Burke half way through.I would love to see Kathy Burke as a contestant on SCD.I also wonder where is Pauline Quirke & Linda Robson? Usually one or both have appeared on ITT?

Aargh, I hope so! More likely to be on Thursday (their usual slot?).

I never get to see ITT live as OH has to see it too but it's worth waiting for and I'm still liking Zoe.

Haha! Pasha is such a tease! He knew he didn't do quantity but quality and I really liked he was not 'competitive' but much fun injecting personality in the 'challenge'.

I rather thought that Pasha didn't really want to be there! No-one could be that slow at that step....................

I'm missing CRH on the sofa but great to see Ashley and O la being so upbeat. I somehow don't think we will be getting to see/hear K evin's comments - everything is always 'fluffy wuffy' on ITT isn't it?

Yes Pasha was a gem! Interesting to hear Ashley advise his previous comments. regarding the swingathon had been edited! So no comment from him! What did he say? Are the BeeB that draconian re freedom of speech?

I think they are Sax when it comes to ITT - I always find it entertaining when one of the FNP makes an honest comment and Zoe has to deal with moving it on (which she does well of course) - I thought it was the same when C laude hosted it too - she used to visibly squirm if anything controversial came up. K aren and I an seem to be able to get away with saying more - well I suppose it would be a bit pointless asking them to critique and then not allowing them to do it - but even with them, their comments often seem 'measured' and balanced by constructive criticism.

Its a shame they do this Mauve Sad why not have a few honest refreshing comments? After all the BeeB tralws through twitter/fb/scd forum/other forums for viewers comments to portray.Maybe the actual producer should come onto ITT & answer REAL Questions & give honest feedback.Oops I think I saw a cow jump over the moon & a dish run away with a spoon

Honest comments (not real, but fun if they speak as such):

Ashley (to Zoe, in front of O la): O la just gets on my nerves. Everytime she made me do knee slides and it's killing me. And what so many freakin' pivots, you know I get dizzy and yet you have pivots in ALL my dances? So glad I can finally do some Christmas shopping with my wifey now!

Pasha (to Zoe): I don't really care about this silly pro challenge. I am a classically trained dancer, so I am going to do the most proper, beautiful drunken sailor that even sailors will blush when they watch me. You just wait!

Artem (to Zoe): You know what, Kara forced me to wear this chasitity belt and it hurts me when I am in ballroom hold with Natalie so I can only do faffing about with arms. And Natalie loves her garlic and I am a vampire in real life so...

Natalie: Artem is telling me that the way to possibly get the audience on my side was for him to choreograph a routine that is so far from the traditional style of the dance we are supposed to do to rile L.en. Once he's stroppy, the viewers will scream, "Nasty!" and that's how we get the people to remember and vote for us. Works like a charm!

Susanna: To tell you a big secret, before BTF, Kevin used to work for me as a manny. Yeah, that's the male version of a nanny. He's good with all my kids though, but he's afraid of spiders.

Abbey: What did Aljaz do to stop us gapping when we are in ballroom hold? That's easy, We wear rubber belts that strapped us to our waists when we dance. And to create the bending on the head away from him, he wedged a stuffed hippo the size of Lisa Riley's bosom between us.

Patrick: I just think of Hamlet when I did that rumba with Anya, it's really that simple to achieve the intense look that way...

CD the BeeB would never allow it.Its all pre scripted & agreed re comments its in the small print.I wonder if the clause in their contracts advise any negativity can jepodise their payout? I guess its a hard decison money or integrity?

lol! at your Hamlet reference for Patrick, CD! I can tell your Pasha man crush hasn't gone away Wink I still hate his hair, want him to go back to how it looked during his first series.

B.runo said repeatedly tonight that the margins between the couples are so small. He's right, which is why we should forgo with the dance-off at this late stage of the competition. Let the audience decide who they want to see more of. That seems fairer.

I couldn't agree more about the dance off. No more dance off at the semi-final stage. But I suspect the DO will continue until the finals.  No

It should be the two couples withe lowest scores announced then let the next 60 minutes be vote for favourite.Free online if you voted by phone & free for registered SCD site members.A fairer system & the viwers decide not the judges.

They did something similar at the quart final stage of Series 4 sax. I remember 'cos my favourites Louise & Vincent got voted off against Emma bleedin' Bunton and Darren. But I do prefer it as I think the audience should have the final say as to who goes through to the final. It's their show after all, not the judge's.

Really enjoyed learning about the history of Foxtrot tonight and being shown the basics by Ian & N.atalie (I've missed her this series). But watching them perform the most basic of steps confirmed to me I'd be utterly useless at this Ballroom lark - all this right, left, forward, side, quick, slow, close is too confusing for Sid! Also interesting that the name of the dance has nothing to do with animals as I'd assumed all this time!
